Lesson 2: Stroke Techniques

Before we learn about the different types of strokes used in a badminton game, we must first look at the correct way to hold the racket. The easiest of them all is probably the forhand grip, as shown in the diagram below.

The following are some of the stroke techniques that we will be using in our upcoming lesson tomorrow. Do take a look so that you will have a rough idea on how to execute them before we actually go and try them out.
