Dear students, the following are some information, diagrams and animations for you to try out with regards to this morning's P.E. lesson. Basic Rules:
- Server and receiver always start at the right side of their service court at the beginning of the game, diagonally opposite each other
- The shuttle must be hit below waist height with racket head lower than the server's hand.
- Server must have part of both feet stationary in contact with the ground.
- Receiver can only move after the service is struck.

I like badminton. This is my favorite sport though I'm not a badminton player, I love playing it. Every time I play it, it makes me happy. Also, it's good for my health, I think I should play it always, maybe once or twice a week. It will help me to strengthen my lungs. I decided I would play it regularly as an exercise.
